end-of-data tag

A value used when entering a list of data items to terminate the reading process. A value is chosen unlike the other data items, such as -1, 999, or “end”. As values are read they are compared to the EOD tag. When the EOD tag is entered, the program exits the reading routine.; 當終止輸入一個數據項目表的讀過程時使用的一種值。該值的選擇不同于其它數據項,如-1, 999或“end”等。將讀出的值與EOD標識符比較,當輸入值為EOD標識符時,程序退出讀例行程序。
